通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对热轧钢板表面氧化层形貌进行了表征,利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、动电位扫描法研究了热轧钢板表面氧化层对基体腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:热轧钢板表面氧化层能够提高基体的耐蚀性,在短期浸泡腐蚀过程中,氧化层仅起到物理屏蔽的作用,不影响阴极、阳极反应以及腐蚀机理.%The morphology of oxide layer on the surface of hot-rolled steel sheet was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The effect of oxide layer on the corrosion behavior of hot-rolled steel sheet was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic scanning testing.The results showed that the surface oxide layer of hot-rolled steel sheet could improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate,during short-term immersion corrosion process,the oxide layer did not affect the cathodic and anodic reactions and corrosion mechanism and only played the role of physical shielding in the process of corrosion.
