Through studying the influence factors of ceram-ic filter processing plaster- ceramic plate material, the filter pore size, ceramic plate washing, gypsum slurry particles, gypsum slurry concentration, for the first time in the gypsum production of ceramic filter can be used, so that ceramic filter gypsum capacity to design and continuous stable operation. Comparison on investment, consumption, repair, operation and other aspects of the advantages of ce-ramic filter and centrifuge, low equipment investment, energy consumption compared to significantly reduce, simple operation, conven-ient repair, sulfuric acid and other industries to provide beneficial experience for treatment of gypsum.
