小微企业财务管理体系的构建

摘要

As an important part of the national economy, the survival state of the small micro enterprise is directly related to the healthy development of national economy. According to the current small micro enterprise development status and problems analysis of financial management, this essay analyses the factors restricting the development of small enterprises in our country, and leads a dis-cussion of building a perfect financial management system from different aspects, such as the external environment, the financial sys-tem, personnel quality, system construction and innovation, in order to promote the healthy growth of small enterprises in our country.%作为国民经济的重要组成部分，小微企业的生存状态直接关系到国民经济的健康发展。本文从分析小微企业发展状况和目前财务管理方面存在的问题入手，分析了制约我国小微企业发展的因素，并从外部环境、财务制度、从业人员素质、财务观念、制度建设和创新等方面，对构建完善的财务管理体系进行了探讨，以促进我国小微企业健康成长。
