浅析江铜贵冶产生'返厂车'的因素及对策

摘要

介绍了铁路提速以后,对在厂矿作业完成后,重新交回到路企交接线的路用车辆,由于不符合运行条件而被路方技术作业人员扣回的"返厂车"产生的原因,及江铜贵溪冶炼厂铁路装卸车的现状,分析了装卸车作业存在的主要问题,并提出了减少装卸车产生"返厂车"的措施及对策.%this paper introduced the reason railway operators remained the 'return plant wagon' which could not meet the operating conditions . Return plant wagon means the train wagons return to Railway Company after delivery cargo from mines and plants;and also introduced the current situation of railway cargo discharge work in Guixi Smelter. The main existing cargo discharge issue was analyzed, the solution and countermeasure was proposed.
