铸铁给水管爆裂的原因、处理及预防措施

埋地铸铁给水管道爆裂问题不仅影响了工厂的正常生产,造成水资源的浪费,而且威胁着供水管网的安全运行,增加运行成本.通过对某厂DN1000mm铸铁给水管爆裂的实例,分析了引起铸铁管爆裂的一些原因,提出了处理的一些方法,以及相应的预防措施.%the issue caused by underground cast iron water supply pipe burst which could influence the normal plant operation, wasted water resource and threaten the safety of water supply system, also increased the operation cost. Through analyzed on a living example of DN1000mm cast iron pipe burst issue, and research on some factors of cast iron pipe burst, the treatment method and corresponding prevent measures were proposed.
