提高固定式阳极炉炉龄技术探讨

摘要

通过对贵冶固定式阳极炉炉体耐火材料结构的研究,结合近年生产实践,应用新工艺、新方法对炉顶、烟道的砖型和吊挂件进行改进,采取更合理的砌筑方式和更科学的炉况管理,延长固定式阳极炉寿命.%Through studying the fixed anode furnace body refractory material of Guixi Smelter, combined with the production practice in recent years, the furnace roof, type of flue brick and hangers are improved with the new technology and methods, and take a more reasonable masonry way and more scientific furnace condition management has been applied, to extend the fixed anode furnace service life of the refractory bricks.
