摘要

The service situation and important role of Nicholas SR.3 type 100 tons trailer which imported in 1990s in Dexing Copper Mine is introduced. The cause of the independent suspension bracket crack under the fuel tank is analyzed, and the effective repair method for cracks is implemented. Combined with the mine road conditions and manufacturers design flaws, improvement approaches adopted and various considerations in soldering process are proposed.%介绍了德兴铜矿于1990年代引进的尼古拉斯SR.3型100t拖车在采矿场的使用情况及承担的重要作用,对拖车的独立悬挂油缸下支架裂纹进行了原因分析;针对支架裂纹,实施了有效的修复方法;结合矿区道路条件及生产厂家存在的设计缺陷,采取了改进措施;提出了各焊接工艺过程中的注意事项.
