稀氧燃烧技术在贵冶倾动炉的应用

         

摘要

The articleintroduces the dilute oxygen combustion technology and its principle used in the tilting furnace in Guixi smelter. It compares and analyzes the heavy oil consumption, wind volume, slag-producing amount and copper content in slag of oxygen-enriched combustion and dilute oxygen combustion. The application of this technology reduces the heavy oil consumption of copper per ton by 20 kg,the amount of flue gas emission by 60%~70%, the NOX emission, and the slag amount and copper content in slag, greatly enhancing the scrap copper smeltinglevel of tilting furnace.%介绍了贵冶引进的倾动炉稀氧燃烧技术及其原理,对比分析了富氧燃烧与稀氧燃烧油量、风量、产渣量及渣含铜的变化。稀氧燃烧技术的应用使得吨铜重油单耗下降20kg,烟气总量减少60%~70%,NOX排放降低,产渣量及渣含铜降低,极大地提升了倾动炉杂铜冶炼水平。
