2号杂铜检验实践运用

摘要

2号杂铜种类多，品位差值大，取样代表性和样品复现性差，存在较大检验风险，目前在国内尚无用于2号杂铜检验国家标准或行业标准情况下，贵冶在多年的检验工作中结合2号杂铜实际情况，通过对2号杂铜检验标准、操作方法和管理办法的梳理和修订，严格过程控制，强化风险防范，解决了2号杂铜检验实践运用中的难题。%No. 2 scrap had miscellaneous kinds, great grade difference, and complicated samples representativeness, with greater risk inspection. Currently, there was no national standard and industrial standard for No.2 scrap inspection, Guixi Smelter combined the actual situation during working operation, through research and amend the inspection standard, operation manual, management methods of No.2 scrap, strict controlled process and strengthened risk protection, the difficulties in actual inspection application of No.2 scrap were solved.
