工程施工进度管理技术方法的探讨

aiming at the practical work in the engineering project management, many construction enterprises did not paid attention on schedule management, which may caused the project construction delay. This paper introduced the different technical methods during project schedule management in different steps of Guixi smelter's desulfidationtransformation infrastructure project construction. The working structure analyze method and network calculationmethod were the two key important technicalmethods which could be used for accurate confirmation of the project basement engineering construction target and working range, schedule plan making and key circuit confirmation. And also efficiently solved the problem caused by construction delay, realized project objectives smoothly.%针对工程项目建设管理的实际工作中，许多施工企业对进度管理不太重视，造成了工程项目施工的工期拖延问题，介绍了贵溪冶炼厂在脱硫改造项目基础工程施工各个阶段的不同工作任务中，对施工进度管理使用的不同的技术方法。工作结构分解法和网络计划法是其中的两项重要技术方法，可分别用于该项目基础工程施工工作任务与工作范围的精准确定、进度计划的编制与关键线路的确立，有效地解决工期拖延不能按时完工的问题，顺利实现工期目标。
