武山铜矿Φ5.8×1.8半自磨机橡胶槽板的改进

Thesemi-autogenousmill withΦ5.8×1.8 was put into production in Wushan Copper Mine in 2012, due to the short service life of rubber grooved plate, difficult to repair, the serious influence the production. In this article, the situation of usage and wear of rubber grooved plate is analyzed, and from the perspective of convenient maintenance and cost savings, an improvement plan is made to improve the service life for the rubber grooved plate.%武山铜矿Φ5.8×1.8半自磨机于2012年末投产使用，由于橡胶槽板的使用寿命短，检修难度大，严重影响生产。对半自磨机橡胶槽板的使用和磨损情况进行了分析，从改变橡胶槽板的形状和材质出发，制定一套橡胶槽板的改进方案，从而提高橡胶槽板的使用寿命。
