罗克韦尔自动化平台在管式输送机中的应用

应用罗克韦尔自动化集成架构平台构成的管式输送机变频调速智能控制系统，采用ControlLogix冗余控制器和工业以太网冗余环网结构；基于DeviceNet网络的IMCC智能电机控制中心，应用于管式输送机的智能化电机控制和管理；采用工业以太网络和SynchLink光纤同步的多电机驱动功率平衡方案驱动控制2台电机同步。整个系统为管式输送机提供了良好的驱动控制和保护解决方案，大大提高了码头运输系统的信息化管理水平和生产效率。%Intelligent control system of frequency conversion and speed regulation of pipe conveyor constituted Rockwell automation integrated architecture platform, which adopted the ControlLogix Redundant controller and industrial ethernet redundant ring structure;based on IMCC intelligent motor control center of DeviceNet network which applied in the intelligent motor control and management of pipe conveyor;multi motors'drive power balance was applied through industrial ethernet and SynchLink fiber synchronous controls two motor synchronization;The whole system provided a good drive control and protection solutions for the pipe conveyor, which greatly improved the information management level and production efficiency of the terminal transport system.
