新型轻型充填挡墙在谦比希铜矿西矿体中的应用

         

摘要

In order to make the filling blocking wall in Chambishi west ore body work feasible and meet the need of reasonable economies, the paper analyzes the filling blocking wall force to make sure the structural form of filling blocking wall is suitable for Chambishi Copper Mine,and the technical and economic analysis is conducted as well. The result turns out that the overall pressure and the maximum vertical bending moment of filling blocking wall increases sharply and the point of action is located in the position being 2.3~1.7m away from roof. After considering the factors of the filling blocking wall form and structure and the level of technical equipment of Chambishi Copper Mine, the filling blocking wall structure is confirmed to be the light and wooden steel mesh filter cloth. According to the stope layout of Chambishi Copper Mine, this paper confirms the constructional technology of filling blocking wall. Comparing with the old filling blocking wall, the cost reduces from 3150$to 792.5$, and construction schedule shortens from 12 to 3.%为了使谦比希铜矿西矿体中充填挡墙结构既满足技术可行,又满足经济合理的要求,对膏体呈流态时挡墙的受力情况进行分析,确定适合谦比希铜矿西矿体的充填挡墙结构形式,并进行技术经济分析。计算结果表明:随着膏体一次充填高度的增大,挡墙所受总压力及最大竖向弯矩急剧增大,作用点位于距顶板2.3~1.7m的位置。综合考虑充填挡墙形式及结构影响因素,结合谦比希铜矿技术装备水平,确定膏体充填挡墙结构为轻型木质钢网滤布挡墙。根据谦比希铜矿分层法采场布置,确定挡墙构筑工艺。结合现场情况,与之前混凝土挡墙相比,挡墙成本从3150美元降低至792.5美元,工期由12个班缩短至3个班。
