铜冶炼工程项目建设管理与实践

摘要

Copper smelting industry is the basic industry in the national economy, which occupies a very important position in the economic construction of our country. This paper takes copper smelting technology upgrading project of TNMG as an example, and using management theories and methods to elaborate construction ideas, organizational structure, management mainline and project core. And it summarizes the project management experience, to provide reference for large-scale construction projects in the future.%铜冶炼行业是国民经济中的基础性行业,在我国经济建设中占有十分重要的地位.文中以铜陵有色铜冶炼工艺技术升级改造项目为例,运用管理理论和方法,从项目建设总思路、组织架构、管理主线、项目核心等方面进行阐述,总结工程项目建设管理经验,为以后大型工程建设项目提供借鉴.
