科研与临床能力的有机结合在心血管内科研究生教育中的意义

摘要

Medical Graduate recruit expanding rapidly, a large number of highly qualiifed medical personnel are trained, on the other hand, quality of postgraduate training is declined markedly. In this paper, according to postgraduate training of practice of cardiology, we propose that graduate education focus on the combination of clinical and research ability training. Instructors team is also an important method of graduate education.%医学研究生招收规模的迅速扩展，一方面培养了大量的高素质医学人才，一方面研究生培养的质量也明显下滑。结合心内科研究生的培养实践，探索科研与临床能力的有机结合在心内科研究生教育中的意义。而且实践发现导师组也是研究生教育获益的重要方法。
