目的：探讨分析医疗纠纷发生的原因，并提出相关的解决方法。方法统计学分析方法。结果医疗纠纷高发科室有：骨科，急诊科，心内科，普外科，妇产科。手术操作和用药方案不当是医疗纠纷发生的主要原因，其中56%的医疗纠纷合并有服务态度问题。结论为了缓解医患矛盾，营造和谐医疗环境，医疗机构需要加强医务人员诊疗过程各个环节的培训，建立情景模式下的医患沟通机制，加强科室安全文化建设，并加强医德医风建设。%Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes, and find out relevant countermeasures.
