目的:探讨分析医疗纠纷发生的原因,并提出相关的解决方法。方法统计学分析方法。结果医疗纠纷高发科室有:骨科,急诊科,心内科,普外科,妇产科。手术操作和用药方案不当是医疗纠纷发生的主要原因,其中56%的医疗纠纷合并有服务态度问题。结论为了缓解医患矛盾,营造和谐医疗环境,医疗机构需要加强医务人员诊疗过程各个环节的培训,建立情景模式下的医患沟通机制,加强科室安全文化建设,并加强医德医风建设。%Objective To analyze the causes of medical disputes, and find out relevant countermeasures. Methods Statistical analysis method. Results The highly frequency medical dispute department mainly include:Orthopedics, Emergency, Cardiology, General Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetrics. Surgical operation treatment protocol and improper is the main reason for the occurrence of medical disputes, of which 56%of the medical disputes with have service attitude problem.
