用人单位对大学毕业生特长需求的调查与研究

摘要

Every year,millions of college graduates,employment has become a great social problem.The questionnaire revealed that,the employing units on the college students' special needs to rank the top three are:sports class,language class,computer class.As for sports specialty,sports demand of the top three are:badminton,table tennis,basketball.The results showed that,in the effort to learn the students based on professional knowledge and skills,to explore and play their sports skills,especially in the badminton and table tennis two projects to reach a certain level,a multiplier effect on employment can play.%每年几百万大学生毕业，而就业成了社会上一个极大的问题。调查问卷显示，用人单位对大学生特长需求排前3名的依次为：体育类、外语类、计算机类。而对于体育类特长之中，体育项目需求排名前三的依次是：羽毛球，乒乓球，篮球。研究结果显示，大学生在努力学好本专业知识和技能的基础上，发掘和发挥自己在体育方面的特长，特别是在羽毛球和乒乓球这两个项目上若能达到一定的竞技水准，对就业可以起到事半功倍的作用。
