Objective To expole the Prevalence of Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Hyperglycemia among civil servants of ZhuHai city.Methods Blood pressure, blood lipid and fasting serum glucose were tested for the civil servants of ZhuHai city Results The detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was 14%,28.9% and 6.7% respectively. The detection rate of hypertension、hyperlipidemia、Hyperglycemia was higher in female group aged 55-65+ than that in male group. The detection rate of hyperlipidemia、Hyperglycemia were higher in female group aged over 65 than that in male group.The detection rate of hypertension increased with the increase of the age in male group aged from 25 to 64, female group aged from 25 to 64 (P < 0.01). The detection rate of hyperlipidemia increased along with the increase of the age in male group aged from -24 to 54, female group aged from 25 to 65 (P< 0.01). The detection rate of hyperglycemia increased along with the increase of the age in male group aged from 35 to 65 , female group aged from 25 to 65+ (P<0.01 ).There were differences. Conclusion It is not optimistic of civil servants‘body condition.The detection rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia was different in different aged group with different sex.% 目的分析部分珠海市直干部高血压、高血脂、高血糖发生情况.方法选取部分珠海市直干部2011年在珠海市第二人民医院体检资料作为研究对象进行血压、血脂、血糖检查.结果高血压检出率14%,高血脂检出率28.9%,高血糖检出率6.7%.男性25~64岁、女性25~64岁高血压检出率随年龄增加而增加；男性-24~54岁、女性25~65+岁高血脂检出率随年龄增加而增加,男性35~65+岁、女性25~65+岁高血糖检出率随年龄增加而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).女性55~65+岁高血压检出率高于男性,65+岁高血糖、高血脂检出率高于男性.结论珠海市直干部身体状况不容乐观,不同性别、年龄人群高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出率存在差异.
