利多卡因胶浆在小儿无痛导尿术中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Lidocaine in painless urethral catheterization in children. Methods 40 cases were randomly assigned into two groups. The standard group were given traditional disinfection paraffin oil lubrication, while the observation group were given lidocaine glue. The success rate of catheterization was observed to evaluate catheterization effect. Results Successful catheterization rate of observation group (100.0%) was higher than that in standard group (85.0%) (P<0.05). Catheterization time of the observation group (0.9±0.04) min was lower than the control group(2.2±0.1)min. Conclusion Lidocaine can improve the success rate of catheterization in children, reduce the patient's pain.%目的：探讨利卡多因胶浆在小儿无痛导尿术中的临床效果。方法选取江西省景德镇市中医医院40例患者随机均分为2组（n=20），标准组患者采用传统的消毒石蜡油润滑后导尿，观察组患者采用利多卡因胶浆后再导尿。通过观察2组患者的导尿成功率评价导尿效果。结果观察组患者导尿成功率(100.0%)高于对照组(85.0%)，观察组导尿成功的耗时(0.9±0.04)min低于对照组(2.2±0.1)min(P<0.05)。结论利卡多因胶浆能够提高小儿导尿成功率，减轻病人的痛苦。
