2012年本院呼吸科质子泵抑制剂应用分析

摘要

Objective To get clear information about the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in Department of respiration of our hospital and provide some knowledge for the rational use of drugs. Methods The information of PPIs (DDDs), total consumption amount in our hospital department of respiration 2012 were counted and combined with the comprehensive analysis of problems found in audit. Results Pantoprazole injection is the highest frequency of use. Irrational use of clinical cases have occurred, mainly in:No indication medication, medication treatment length, the route of administration selected improper. Conclusion PPIs in our respiratory application is more reasonable, doctors, pharmacists should jointly participate in application process, strict control medication indications, reasonable usage amount, avoid its overuse.%目的：了解呼吸科患者质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors, PPIs）的临床合理用药情况。方法对河南中医学院第一附属医院呼吸科2012年PPIs的用药频度(DDDs)、总消耗金额进行统计，并结合医嘱审核中发现的问题综合分析。结果泮托拉唑注射剂使用频率居调查药品中最高。临床上不合理使用的情况时有发生，主要表现在：无指征用药、用药疗程长、用药途径选择不当等。结论 PPIs在我院呼吸科应用较合理，应用过程中医师、药师应共同参与，严格掌握用药指征，合理选择用法用量，避免其过度使用。
