抗反流药物治疗对支气管哮喘伴胃食管反流患者哮喘症状影响的荟萃分析

摘要

Objective To study the affected. joint anti-reflux medication cimetidine Mosapride gastroesophageal reflux in patients with bronchial asthma, asthma symptoms.Methods To select 92 patients with gastroesophageal reflux from March 2011 to January 2013 in the hospital with bronchial asthma as the research object, using a random number table method ,the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group only received asthma treatment, the experimental group based on the use of anti-reflux medication cimetidine joint mosapride, compared tthe therapeutic effect observed in the two groups of patients and asthma symptoms. Results After treatment ,the gastroesophageal reflux symptom of the experimental group control better, than the control group (P<0.05);PEF, FEV 1 measured results of the experimental group are better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma with gastroesophageal reflux giving them cimetidine joint Mosapride during treatment can make out good results, it can better reduce the patient's asthma symptoms, it is worth application.%目的：研究分析抗反流药物西咪替丁联合莫沙必利对支气管哮喘伴胃食管反流患者哮喘症状的影响。方法选取支气管哮喘伴胃食管反流患者92例为研究对象，使用随机数字表的方法将患者随机分为两组。对照组仅给予哮喘治疗方法，实验组患者在对照组基础上使用抗反流药物西咪替丁联合莫沙必利，对比观察两组患者的治疗效果和哮喘症状。结果实验组患者治疗后胃食管反流症状控制效果更好，优于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组治疗后PEF、FEV1测定结果优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论在支气管哮喘伴胃食管反流患者治疗过程中使用西咪替丁联合莫沙必利具有较好的效果，可以更好地减轻患者的哮喘症状，值得应用。
