渣油在加氢处理中的硫分布和硫类型变化

     

摘要

The analytical technique of sulfur distribution and sulfur type was used to research sulfur content and sulfur compounds quantitatively during residue hydrotreating. The results indicate that total removal rate of sulfur is 86.96 %, removal rates of sulfur in UFR bed and VRDS bed are 51.11% and 35.87 % respectively. The sulfur distribution shows that sulfur content increases as distillate becomes heavy. Types of sulfur compounds in residual oil distillate(below 400 ℃ ) are benzothiophenes derivatives and dibenzothiophenes derivatives. Sulfur with complicated structure can not be removed in UFR bed, but benzothiophenes derivatives can entirely be removed in VRDS bed, and dibenzothiophenes derivatives can also be removed mostly.%采用硫分布和硫类型(GC-SCD)分析技术对渣油在加氢处理过程中硫含量及硫化物进行定量研究,结果表明:硫的总脱除率为86.98%,在上流式和固定床两个阶段的脱除率分别为51.11%和35.87%.渣油随馏分变重,硫含量增加.在<400 ℃渣油馏分中硫化物的类型为苯并噻吩类和二苯并噻吩类,结构复杂的硫化物在上流式反应阶段脱除困难,而在固定床反应阶段苯并噻吩被完全脱除,空间位阻大的二苯并噻吩类也大部分被脱除.
