辽河老化油物性分析及脱水技术研究

     

摘要

Through analysis and comparison of existent forms, components, physical-chemical properties and metal contents between Liaohe aged oil and crude oil, it's found that physical-chemical properties of Liaohe aged oil and crude oil have large difference. From macrocosm to microcosmic, causes to result in serious emulsification of the aged oil were studied as well as some factors to affect the stability of the aged oil, which can provide a theory basis for aged oil demulsification. Then demulsification and dehydration methods were determined, demulsification and dehydration experiments of the aged oil were carried out with existing oil demulsification and dehydration technology, and suitable demulsification and dehydration technology of the aged oil was determined, the dehydration rate can reach to 76.54%.%通过对辽河老化油和原油的存在形态、原油组分、物理化学性质、微金属含量等进行分析比对,发现辽河老化油和原油在理化性质方面有较大的区别,从宏观到微观研究老化油严重乳化的原因和影响其稳定的因素,为老化油破乳提供理论依据;并确定了破乳脱水方法,通过现有的原油破乳脱水技术对老化油进行了破乳脱水实验,找到了合适的老化油破乳技术(热化学与化学破乳结合的脱水技术,同时优选了适宜的破乳剂),脱水率达76.54%.
