吸附脱硫中Y型分子筛的金属改性研究

     

摘要

The harm of sulfur in fuel oil was introduced as well as standards of sulfur content in fuel oil at home and abroad. Research progress of desulfurization technology of fuel oil was discussed. The studies on modification of Y type molecular sieve by the single metal ion and double metal ion were introduced, respectively. It’s showed that the effect of the double metal ion modification is better than that of single metal. Further study on the mechanism of desulfurization proved that it is very necessity to modify the molecular sieve with metal ion. It is well known that, there are a lot of competition components in actual gasoline, so it is necessary to list the effect of competition components on adsorptive desulfurization.%介绍了燃油中硫的危害及国内外硫含量的标准,综述了燃料油脱硫工艺的研究进展。通过对单金属离子和双金属离子对 Y 型分子筛的改性研究的分别介绍,说明双金属离子改性的脱硫效果优于单金属改性,对脱硫机理的探究进一步阐述了对分子筛金属改性的必要性。但是真实燃料油的组成复杂,一些竞争组分对脱硫性能影响较大,列举了竞争组分对吸附脱硫的影响。
