超低渗深井新型射孔液研究

         

摘要

For ultra-low permeability reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability characteristics, in order to effectively solve the reservoir damage problem caused by working fluid during perforating deep wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs, a new high-temperature high-density solid-free low damage perforating fluid system was studied. At the same time, working fluid instability problem caused by high temperature and high pressure was solved to provide a high-quality preparation for the post-completion construction, reservoir recovery rate was improved. The system reflects the performance characteristics of the new perforating fluid, adjustable density is in the range of 1.00 to 2.50 g/cm3, the corrosion rate of the system is less than 0.076 mm/a, anti-swelling rate is more than 80%, permeability recovery is up to 95%, it has many characteristics, such as low solids (solids-free), low fluid loss (filtration rate is less than 16 mL/30 min), good compatibility, stable performance under high temperature (150~185 ℃). Research on the system can effectively reduce the reservoir damage caused by perforating fluid.%针对超低渗油藏储层低孔超低渗的特点,为了有效的解决超低渗油藏深井在射孔打井期间,工作液对储层造成的伤害等问题,研究了适合该类油藏的耐高温高密度的新型无固相低伤害的射孔液体系。解决了由于工作液侵入储层而造成的储层堵塞伤害等问题。同时,解决了在深井中由于高温高压环境而导致入井工作液性能不稳定等问题,为后期完井施工以及开采工作提供了优质的前期准备,提高了油藏的开采率。该体系体现了新型射孔液的各项性能特征,密度可调范围在1.00至2.50 g/cm3之间,该体系的腐蚀速率小于0.076 mm/a,防膨率大于80%,渗透率恢复值高达95%以上,具有低固相(无固相)、低滤失(滤失量小于16 mL/30 min)、配伍性好、高温下(150~185℃)性能稳定等特征,该体系针对性的研究,幵有效地降低了射孔液在施工过程中对储层的伤害。
