丙烯精馏塔超压探究及在线无扰动切换的优化操作

         

摘要

The overpressure problem of propylene rectification tower seriously affects the smooth running of ethylene plant. In this article, through in-depth analysis and reasonable calculation of the propylene tower system with double tower parallel operation, undisturbed switching, the overpressure phenomenon was solved. At the same time, high load calibration of propylene tower operation parameters was carried out, a large amount of process data were accumulated to provide data support for the unit high load production.%丙烯精馏塔超压问题严重影响乙烯装置平稳生产,通过对双塔幵联操作的丙烯塔系统深入分析、合理计算、无扰动切换,解决了塔超压的现象。同时对丙烯塔单塔运行参数进行高负荷标定,积累了大量工艺数据,为装置高负荷生产提供了数据支撑。
