Silane coupling agent was used as modifier to modify wollastonite, and the modified wollastonite was used to prepare composite(KW/PP). The influence of KH570 dosage,modification time and modification temperature were studied by comparing the contact angles of modified wollastonite; The microstructure of the composites were studied with FTIR and Scanning Electron Microscope. The results showed that the best surface modification effect was achieved when the ratio of KH570 was 4%, the modified time was 2 h and the modified temperature was 80 ℃. The impact strength and flexural strength of KW/PP composites increased obviously compared with PP matrix.%利用硅烷偶联剂 KH570改性硅灰石,幵用其填充聚丙烯制备复合材料(KW/PP)。通过比较水接触角考察了 KH570用量、改性时间及改性温度对硅灰石表面改性效果的影响,幵用红外光谱、扫描电镜对复合材料进行表征。结果表明:当 KH570为硅灰石质量的4%,改性时间为2 h,改性温度为80℃时,改性效果最好。KW/PP 复合材料的冲击强度与弯曲强度较纯 PP 有明显提高。
