The limitations of the traditional pour point depressants were summarized as well as the special effect of nanomaterials. The advantages of nano-pour point depressants were analyzed. The results show that, compared with the traditional PPD, nanocomposite PPD can weaken the structural strength of wax crystal to improve the fluidity of waxy crude oil more significantly. The dynamic and static aging stability, shearing resistance of crude oil treated by nanocomposite PPD are good. At last, application of nanocomposite PPD in waxy crude oil pipelines was summarized.%总结了传统降凝剂在含蜡原油改性过程中存在的局限性以及纳米材料的特殊效应.分析了纳米降凝剂在含蜡原油降凝改性工艺中的优越性:纳米降凝剂削弱了蜡晶的结构强度,显著改善了含蜡原油的低温流动性,其降凝改性效果明显优于传统降凝剂,动、静态时效稳定性变好,抗剪切性提高.概述了目前纳米降凝剂在含蜡原油管道中的应用情况.
