喇嘛甸油田P油层开发已经进入特高含水期,注入水低效,循环严重,研究低成本沥青颗粒调剖技术,并开展了现场试验.任成锋、高波等人对沥青颗粒进行了调质改性,并评价了改性后沥青颗粒的悬浮性和封堵性;莫晗开发研制了新型活塞式沥清颗粒注入泵,解决了一项高压在线注入技术难题.初期取得了较好的增油效果,取得了一定效果.但仍存在沥青颗粒调剖剂浓度与储层物性、注入制度匹配问题.因此本文针对该层孔渗特性,对沥青颗粒调剖剂的浓度进行了优选,同时对其在岩心中的耐冲刷性进行评价,当注入0.2 PV、注入浓度为3 500 mg/L的沥青颗粒颗粒调剖剂时其采收率提高值最大,另外通过实验设计五种段塞方案对段塞方案进行了优选,优选的段塞组合组合为高-中-高,采收率可提高6.49%.%Preservoir in Lamadian oilfield has been into extra high water cut stage.Injecting water is inefficient and is cycled seriously.So,the low-cost asphalt particles profile control technique was studied and the field tests were carried out.REN Cheng-feng and GAO Bo modified the asphalt particles,and evaluated the suspension power and plugging performance of asphalt particles after modification.MO Han developed the new piston asphalt particles injection pump,which can solve the high pressure on-line injection technological problem.Great oil increment was obtained in the initial stage,but there still was matching problem between asphalt particles profile control agent concentration and reservoir property,injecting method.In this article,the concentration of asphalt particles profile control agent was optimized based on the properties of pore and permeability,and its washing resistance in the cores was evaluated.The results showed that when injecting 0.2 PV asphalt particles profile control agent with concentration of 3 500 mg/L,the increasing value of oil recovery was the largest.Besides,the proppant slug scheme was optimized by the experiment.And the optimized slugs combination was high-medium-high,and the recovery ratio was increased by 6.49%.
