水热法合成纳米TiO2表征及吸附性能

     

摘要

以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,低温水热法合成二氧化钛纳米晶,并经焙烧获得锐钛矿型和金红石型纳米晶.应用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪等对两种二氧化钛纳米样品进行了表征和比较,并比较不同晶型纳米TiO2对Mn2+吸附和洗脱性能.表明通过水解沉淀法制备的纳米TiO2,表面有多种羟基基团,金红石相较锐钛矿相样品粒度更大,分散性更好.纳米TiO2表面对金属离子有很好的吸附性能,且不同晶型TiO2对金属离子的吸附性能不同,金红石相纳米TiO2对Mn2+有更好的吸附性能.%TiO2 was prepared from tetrabutyl titanate at low temperature.And anatase TiO2 and futile TiO2 were obtained by calcination respectively.Then the samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,RAMAN and FT-IR techniques.The adsorption of Mn2+ onto the TiO2 surface was also investigated.The results show that there are various -OH groups on the synthesized TiO2 surface.The particle size of rutile TiO2 is bigger than that of anatase TiO2,and the dispersity of rutile TiO2 is better than that of anatase TiO2.The adsorption capacities of various crystal TiO2 are different,and rutile TiO2 has a better adsorption capacity to Mn2+.
