高效液相色谱法测定对甲苯磺酸的纯度

摘要

A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the purity of p-toluenesulfonic acid was developed.The column was ODS column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water whose volume ratio was 1.5:1 with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set as 254 nm.The injection solution PH was 7～8 (neutralized with ammonia).The correlation coefficient for the standard curve was 0.099 5,the linear range was 0.015～1.5 mg/mL.The relative standard deviation was 1.32％,the lowest detection limit was 0.01 mg/mL.The method is simple,fast and accurate.%建立了高效液相色谱法测定对甲苯磺酸纯度的方法.色谱柱为ODS柱,流动相为乙腈∶水=1.5∶1(体积比),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样溶液pH为7～8(用氨水中和).标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 5,线性范围0.015～1.5 mg/mL.相对标准偏差为1.32％,最低检出限为0.01 mg/mL.该方法具有简单、快速、准确的优点.
