色谱模型对研究色谱分离过程中的传质动力学具有重要的意义.根据物料守恒原理,结合传质扩散模型推导色谱分离连续方程.假设吸附过程相平衡是线性,连续性方程推导出理论板数与流速和色谱模型参数有关.在多组不同流速条件下测定色谱柱参数,计算得到两组分的传质系数和扩散系数.分别用测定模型参数模拟脉冲实验,结果表明拟合较好.%The chromatography model is significant for study on kinetics of mass transfer in the separation process.Based on the principle of material conservation and the equation of mass diffusion model,the chromatographic separation continuous equation was derived.Under the condition that the phase equilibrium adsorption process was linear,it was derived by the continuity equation that theoretical plate number was related to velocity and chromatographic model parameters.Then,parameters of chromatographic column under multiple sets of different velocity were determined,the mass transfer coefficient and diffusion coefficient of the two components were calculated.The determined model parameters were used to simulate the pulse experiment,the result showed that the fitting was very good.
