摘要

1 Introduction Since the 80’s, EDI, as a kind of important information technology based on the computer and communication technology, has made the extremely remarkable achievement in the field of shipping. Meanwhile, with the quick development of information technology, traditional shipping EDI system faces the new demand too[1]. As we know, transmitting the information is the traditional core function of the information ser-
