预制混凝土双板剪力墙的研究与应用∗

摘要

Precast concrete structure is one of the most important modern building structures, and the double⁃wall precast concrete ( DWPC) shear wall structure is an important structure form in industrialized building . Combined with the demonstration project of Jiangsu Yuanda assembly integrated residences, the double⁃wall precast concrete shear wall structure system and experimental studies on seismic behavior under low⁃cyclic reversed loading are introduced. The design of joints and engineering applications of double⁃wall precast concrete shear wall are also illustrated.%预制混凝土结构是现代建筑最重要的结构形式之一，预制混凝土双板剪力墙结构是工业化建筑的一种重要结构形式。结合江苏元大装配整体式住宅试验示范项目，介绍了预制混凝土双板剪力墙结构体系，抗震性能试验、节点设计及工程应用，供工程实践参考。
