囊式发泡酯柔性支护体系快速控制隧道塌方技术研究

     

摘要

介绍了囊式发泡酯柔性支护体系快速控制隧道塌方施工技术。该技术利用封闭囊体内注入高分子发泡材料,使支撑结构通过囊体与围岩松动面快速形成一个有较大受力面积、且有一定支撑力的临时支护体系,通过快速约束隧道围岩松动圈变化和发展,实现控制隧道塌方的技术。该技术为隧道控制塌方及松散破碎围岩加固等提供了新的技术手段。%This paper discusses the capsule type foaming ester flexible supporting system rapid control of tunnel construction technology of landslide. The technology uses polymer foam materials to inject in closed sac, which takes the support structure through the capsule body and surrounding rock loose face rapidly to form a larger bearing area and a temporary support. Through rapid constraints surrounding rock loose circle change and development, it realizes the control technology of tunnel collapse. The technology for tunnel collapse and loose and broken surrounding rock control provides a new technical mean such as reinforcement.
