超高层建筑混凝土泵送系统堵管因素分析及处理方法

Super tall concrete pumping is one of the key technologies of super tall building construction.The transportation of concrete is inseparable from many factors,such as pumping machinery equipment,pump pipe and concrete proportion.Taking Tianjin CTF Financial Center project as an example,this paper analyzes the causes and treatment methods of each plugging phenomenon,sums up the errors and precautions that occur during the high rise concrete pumping.%超高层建筑混凝土泵送是超高层建筑施工的关键技术之一.混凝土的输送与泵送机械设备、泵管、混凝土自身配合比等众多因素密不可分.以天津周大福金融中心项目为例,通过分析每一次堵管现象的原因及处理办法,总结出超高层建筑混凝土泵送过程中容易发生的错误与注意事项.
