东方之门双塔连体超高层钢结构关键构件施工技术

摘要

结合苏州东方之门超高层连体钢结构的结构特点,从节点深化设计、加工制作等方面介绍了该连体超高层结构在合龙段第4层桁架复杂节点处理原则及典型节点优化示例,通过对加强层桁架、斜交圆管柱、拱顶弯扭杆件等复杂构件进行合理分段、过程控制,并辅以特殊措施,很好地保证了钢结构构件的加工质量,满足设计和现场施工要求.%Based on the structural characteristics of Suzhou Gate of the Orient super high-rise twin-tower steel structure, the fourth truss complex joints treatment principle and typical joints optimization examples in the structure are introduced from the joints deepening design and making. The processing quality of the steel structural components and the requirements of design and site construction are satisfied by means of segmenting and control of truss, columns and bending-torsion members.
