港珠澳大桥珠海口岸Ⅱ标段项目BIM技术应用研究

摘要

Authors introduce the application of BIM technology in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port section Ⅱ project from the BIM team,the application of BIM technology,the application of BIM in business,and the application of BIM in quality and safety. This paper analyzes how to apply BIM technology and its benefit to large project. BIM technology can achieve the business process reengineering,scientific decision-making,information and detailed management.%从BIM团队介绍、BIM技术应用、BIM商务应用、BIM质量安全应用4个方面介绍BIM技术在港珠澳大桥珠海口岸工程(Ⅱ标段)的应用,分析了在大型工程项目中如何应用及应用BIM技术所产生的效益.实践证明,BIM技术可实现业务流程再造,推进项目决策科学化、管理信息化、管控精细化.
