夹轨式多点液压同步节段滑移系统设计与应用

     

摘要

依据舟山市小干二桥工程实例,结合主桥钢梁安装所采用的跨中起吊、逐段滑移的施工工艺,着重介绍了夹轨式多点液压同步滑移控制系统的设计及应用.此系统成功解决了该工程受限于主梁梁体刚度小、设计竖曲线高差大、主梁顶推安装难以实现的技术难题.%According to the Zhoushan Xiaogan No. 2 bridge project, combined with the construction technology of mid span lifting and segmental slipping for the installation of main steel beam, the design and application of multi rail hydraulic synchronous slipping control system with clamping rail are introduced. This system has successfully solved the engineering limit of small beam stiffness, the elevation of vertical curve girder design, pushing installation technical problems.
