广州某高层建筑装配式梁柱节点预应力内锚法施工技术

     

摘要

Taking the construction of a tall building project group in Guangzhou for an example, the structure design of prefabricated beam-column reinforced joints is emphasized and the design adopts the prestressed beam with metal bellows inside anchorage joint structure to improve the seismic performance of the assembled beam-column joints, improve the appearance quality of the prefabricated components and create the quality engineering. The structure design and construction technology of inside anchor joint of prestressed beam are introduced emphatically which can not only meet the seismic performance requirements of beam joints, but also satisfy the concealment of the top end of the prestressed tendons without loss of the overall appearance quality of the structure. After expert argumentation of this construction scheme,it turns out to be reasonable and effective.%以广州某高层建筑项目群装配式建造施工为例,重点介绍预制装配式梁柱加强节点的构造设计,从提高装配式梁柱节点抗震性能、装配施工预制构件的外观质量以及优质项目的创建等指标的要求,设计采用了预应力梁金属波纹管内锚节点构造,重点介绍了预应力梁内锚节点构造设计及施工工艺,在保证项目梁柱节点抗震性能要求的前提下,也完全满足了预应力筋端部封锚的隐蔽性,不影响结构的整体外观质量,技术方案设计合理,施工单位编制的专项方案,通过专家论证后,实施效果较好.
