《绿色商店建筑评价标准》r(GB/T 51100-2015)内容解读

摘要

The new national standard "Assessment Standard for Green Store Building" (GB/T 51100-2015 )(Hereinafter referred to as the"Standard")approved by the Ministry of MOHURD on April 8,2014,and will be implied on December 1,2015. In this paper,the"Standard" edition background,weight,and technical evaluation indexes were introduced. The differences between the "Standard"and "Assessment Standard for Green Building"(GB/T 50378-2014) were analyzed,hoped to provide a reference for the engineering and technical personnel selection of the green building assessment standard.%国家标准《绿色商店建筑评价标准》(GB/T 51100-2015)(以下简称"《标准》")于2015年4月8日由住建部批准发布,2015年12月1日起实施.论文介绍了《标准》编制背景、权重和技术评价指标体系,对比分析了《标准》与《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2014)的异同点,为工程技术人员的绿色评价和标准选择提供了参考和借鉴.
