既有建筑绿色化改造室内环境的检测与评价

摘要

Indoor environment is a key factor which affects the comfort and wellness of buildings. To provide a comfortable and healthy environment for working and living,and to realize the sustainable development of buildings are main purposes of green retrofitting for existing buildings. Thus,it is quite necessary to test and evaluate the indoor environment after retrofitting,for the assessment of retrofit effects for existing buildings. This paper mainly introduces the method of indoor environment testing and evaluating after green retrofitting for existing buildings,and the specific contents and relevant standards of testing based on the actual cases which have been done by our research group.%室内环境是影响建筑舒适性和健康性的重要因素,提供舒适健康的工作和居住环境,实现建筑的可持续发展是既有建筑绿色化改造的重要目的.因此,为了对既有建筑的改造效果进行评价,对改造后室内环境进行检测与评价是十分必要的.论文主要介绍了课题组通过实际案例总结出的既有建筑绿色改造后室内环境的检测与评价方法,并通过案例对具体检测内容及相关标准进行了简要说明.
