强化自身建设完善监督管理提升建设工程质量水平

摘要

Construction quality supervision organizations at all levels play crucial roles in propelling better construction quality. The article introduced construction market behaviors,problems on site and current state of supervision organization,and elaborated ways to improve professional abilities of the supervision crew and organization function as a whole. The author intended to raise construction quality through forceful and scientific supervision,and enhanced as well as fully-utilized management abilities of responsible main bodies.%建设工程各级质量监督机构对推进建设工程质量有重要的作用，本文通过建设工程市场行为与施工现场存在的问题以及目前监督机构的现状，提出了提高和改进监督机构人员水平与机构能力的方法。希望通过强有力的科学监管，提高建设工程责任主体的管理水平，发挥建设工程责任主体的作用，从而提升建筑工程的质量水平。
