石化工艺管道常见焊接质量缺陷控制

摘要

结合笔者参建的多个大型石化（煤化工）项目，对施工现场发现的工艺管道焊接质量缺陷的发生原因进行分析，并提出相应的处置方法，为今后加强工艺管道焊接质量控制，保证石化装置建设工程质量提供借鉴。%Combined with the author participated construction multiple large petrochemical (chemical) project,analyzed the reason of process piping welding quality defects,and put forward corresponding disposal methods,provided reference for strengthening the process piping welding quality control and ensure the quality of petrochemical plant construction project.
