公共建筑房屋健康档案管理系统研究与应用

摘要

如何对大量既有房屋的使用安全进行有效管理，是全社会面临的一项重大课题。在广泛调研的基础上，从公共建筑入手，研究开发了公共建筑健康档案管理系统。该系统平台共分房屋基本信息、健康普查、动态管理、安全鉴定、健康报告、GIS管理、预警管理、统计查询、系统管理等9大模块，通过网络平台，实现了公共建筑房屋安全的信息化管理，取得了良好的效果。%It is a great subject to control the safety of massive buildings in a efficient way. Based on the wide investigation,the health records information management system for public building is established in this paper. This system includes the following nine aspects: basic information,health screening,dynamic management,safety appraisal,health report,GIS management,forewarning management,statistics inquiry,system management. The information management on public building safety was realized and achieved good effect by the net platform.
