2014年12月4日，住房和城乡建设部建筑市场监管司对四川省建筑市场监管与诚信一体化工作平台进行了验收，成为全国第一个完成省级建筑市场监管与诚信一体化工作平台建设，并圆满通过验收的省市。该一体化工作平台集全省建筑市场信息采集发布、网上办公、行政审批、市场监管、从业主体诚信评价于一体，满足了“省、市、县三级联动，系统共生，数据同源”的一体化工作平台要求，具有覆盖面广、功能齐全、应用广泛的特点。四川省建筑市场监管与诚信一体化工作平台已于2014年上线运行。本文对该一体化工作平台的建设内容、特点、架构、关键技术路线、功能等技术实施工作进行阐述，并对该平台运行情况进行应用情况进行简介。%Construction market and supervision of housing and urban-rural development checked and accepted Sichuan province construction market supervision and integrity integration platform On December 4,2014,which made Sichuan become the nation's first complete provincial construction market supervision and integrity integration work platform construction,and successfully passed the acceptance of provinces and cities. This platform combined information collection and release,online office,administrative examination and approval, market regulation,from main body integrity evaluation of the province's construction market into one, met the “provincial,city and county level three linkage,symbiotic system,data homologous” platform for the integration of work requirements,has a wide coverage,complete function,the characteristics of wide application. Sichuan province construction market supervision and integrity integration platform has been running in 2014. This article would work on the integration platform for the construction of the content, characteristics,structure,key technology route,the function such as technical implementation,and made a brief introduction application of the platform operation.
