混凝土现浇楼板裂缝的分析与防控

摘要

In high-rise residential buildings,reinforced concrete frame cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab was widely used. But it was found that cracks often appeared in use of cast-in-place floor slab, cracks had brought many adverse effects to the unit and the owners. Aiming at the phenomenon,this paper analyzed the crack causes and proposed prevention and control measures.%在高层住宅建筑中，钢筋混凝土框架及钢筋混凝土现浇楼板被广泛采用。但在使用中发现，现浇楼板常出现裂缝，裂缝的产生给使用单位和业主带来了诸多不利影响。针对该现象，分析现浇楼板裂缝成因，并提出防控措施。
