针对威海区民用建筑工程中普遍存在的、群众反映较多的卫生间及厨房下水道返味等突出质量问题，从产品、安装和使用方面进行研究分析，深度剖析其成因，并从材料、设计、施工、交付、使用等环节制定针对性和操作性强的专项治理措施，进行综合防治。%To solve the common quality problems of civil construction projects in the local area, especially the problem of stinking smell of sewer systems in toilets and kitchens,this paper researched the products,the installation and use process,analyzed the causes deeply,and formulated specific and operative management measures from the aspects of materials,design,construction,delivery and use,with the goal of comprehensive prevention and control.
