工程质量投诉处理研究

             

摘要

In order to regulate and effectively deal with engineering construction quality complaints, reduce the occurrence of complaints,we should seriously analyze the causes of complaints,to take control problems,strengthen law enforcement and implementation of the five party quality lifelong responsibility system and other measures,so as to promote the line management of construction units and workers formed a good sense of quality,enhance the quality of the project,will be able to from the source to solve the quality complaints,complaints will eventually transform system to the judicial system.%为了规范和有效处理建筑工程质量投诉,减少投诉发生,应当认真分析产生投诉的原因,针对性采取治理通病、加强执法和落实五方主体质量终身责任制等措施,从而促使施工单位一线管理和作业人员形成良好的质量意识,全面提升工程质量,从源头上解决质量投诉的产生,最终将投诉制度向司法制度转化。
