浅谈进一步完善工程建设质量管理标准化

摘要

According to the “Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development about Promote the Development of Construction and Reform of the Housing of the Several Opinions” on strengthening the construction of the construction site quality management system,the implementation of the quality management of construction enterprise's main body responsibility,since 2014,Shanghai carried out the pilot work for the standardization of construction engineering quality management. In terms of quality management,the author through the pilot project some thought formed in the process of standardization, combined with the status quo of project quality management,to further explore the covers in different stages of the project construction,all the contractors,standardization of quality elements of total quality management.%根据《住房城乡建设部关于推进建筑业发展和改革的若干意见》中关于加强施工现场质量管理体系建设，落实施工企业质量管理的主体责任的要求，上海市自2014年起，开展了建筑工程现场质量管理标准化的试点工作。笔者通过在长宁区工程质量管理标准化项目试点过程中形成的一些思考，结合当下工程质量管理现状，探索如何进一步完善质量管理标准化体系建设。
